Inside Outside Leadership: Women Leading from Inner Connection to Outer Action – June 6-7, 2014, Edmonton, Alberta

Imagine

… when women’s ways of knowing are accepted as credible, reliable and critical to responding to our world’s greatest challenges.

… when leading with story, relationship, dreams and intuition are valued as much as leading with data, stakeholders, analysis and bottom lines.

… when the ingenuity and boldness of youth are celebrated equally with the wisdom and compassion of our elders.

Now imagine

… what will happen when a group of twenty-two women leaders, each carrying the boldness, courage, compassion and wisdom of their generation, gathers together for a two-day event in Edmonton, Alberta on June 6 and 7, 2014.

We imagine you there!

Eating together is great team building.  Let’s turn up the heat and give you the chance to cook together, too.  No experience is necessary. Simply bring your curiosity and enthusiasm – and appetite –  we’ll provide the rest.

With your colleagues, spend a morning or afternoon cooking a three-course meal to be enjoyed at the end of the session.  When you arrive, you’ll each complete a simple inventory to determine your individual style.  Then you’ll be divided into  groups, each responsible for preparing a course for meal – appetizer, main and dessert.  During your meal, you’ll debrief your teaming styles and skills for application back at the office.

  1. I’m interested in taking this type of class. It sounds very creative. I may plan a spring session. Even my imagination is inspiring me with thoughts of what this class could be.

I'd love to read what you think about this post.
